ABOUT US
History
Clergy for Educational Options was founded in 2004 by a group of
pastors concerned with the state of education in our nation,
specifically within the Black Community.
The non-denominational, non-partisan, multi-cultural group was
established to help rebuild communities by helping establish
exceptional educational opportunities for alienated, neglected,
disenfranchised, and disenchanted people. The key to achieving this
goal is providing each child the freedom to develop intellectually
and emotionally in a safe, structured learning community based on
the individual needs of the student.
We believe that leadership and advocacy combined with adaptive
education and opportunities for creative expression will transform
potential dropouts into community leaders. CEO has made it its
mission to support, establish and advocate for improved education in
the Southern States.
